Well turkey day is over. And now we're left with the quest of what to do to best enjoy all those turkey leftovers.

My favorite way to enjoy leftover turkey is in a good old classic turkey sandwich ~ on white bread, slathered with mayonnaise, and complete with a slice of leftover dressing on top. But you know, a girl can only eat just so many turkey sandwiches.
