Low Carb Buffalo Chicken Meatballs Recipe
These low carb meatballs are bursting with flavor from buffalo sauce and ranch dressing! We love these buffalo chicken meatballs and I think you will too!
SERVES 9 MEABTALLS
INGREDIENTS
1 pound ground chicken or turkey
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 tablespooons prepared ranch dressing, plus more for serving
1 tablespoon dry ranch seasoning
1/4 cup hot sauce, plus more for serving
1 egg
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add all of the ingredients to a medium bowl and mix well with your hands.
- Form mixture into 9 evenly sized meatballs and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve with extra hot sauce and ranch dressing, as desired

Please note: The baking temperature of 500 degrees is correct. Please be careful with parchment paper at such a high heat as a few people have commented that their's nearly caught fire. Be sure none is overhanging your pan or just lightly spray your pan with non-stick spray and skip the parchment altogether.
