Ingredients
- 15 oz can black beans drained and rinsed
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place parchment paper in 8x8 baking dish and set aside.
- Place all ingredients except chocolate chips in blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour and scrape the batter evenly into the baking dish.
- Top batter with chocolate chips.
- Bake in oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Let cool for 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
- Enjoy!
