Ingredients

  • 15 oz can black beans drained and rinsed
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place parchment paper in 8x8 baking dish and set aside.
  2. Place all ingredients except chocolate chips in blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour and scrape the batter evenly into the baking dish.
  4. Top batter with chocolate chips.
  5. Bake in oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
  6. Let cool for 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
  7. Enjoy!
