BERRY PICKIN’ BROWNIE CHEESECAKE

A layer of fudgy chocolate chip brownies topped with a light blueberry no-bake cheesecake, strawberries, and homemade whipped cream. This is a perfect berry dessert for summer events!

Ingredients

• Brownie Base:
• 1 box Betty Crocker Triple Chocolate Chunk Brownie Mix, plus the ingredients listed on the box
• Blueberry Cheesecake:
• 2 8 oz pkgs cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 container frozen whipped topping, thawed
• 1/2 can blueberry pie filling
• 1/2 cup fresh blueberries, optional

Topping:

• 1 pint sliced strawberries (about 2 cups)
• 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray an 8" springform pan with cooking spray. I use Baker's Joy. 
2. Mix the brownie mix and ingredients according to the package directions for fudgy brownies. Pour into the pan and bake for the time noted on the box. Cool completely.
