BUDGET FRIENDLY VEGAN BREAKFAST IDEAS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Quick Oats
  • 1 ripe Banana
  • 2 tbsp Peanut Butter (or Nut/Seed Butter of choice)


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. Peel and mash the ripe Banana into a medium bowl, then add in the Peanut Butter and mix well.
  3. Fold in the Oats until a uniform “dough” forms.
