Buffalo Chicken Burgers

Soooooo we made it to the playoffs again this year  *woot* *woot*

In my house, we look forward to football season almost as much as Christmas!

One look at our living room, and you can tell that we are die-hard Seahawks fans. Flags, blankets, all that good stuff.

My wardrobe consists of about 10 or 12 different Seahawk hoodies and shirts and you will never catch me on a "Blue Friday" or Sunday without my gear on, and our way of saying goodbye is "Go Hawks" 


We have already started the G-baby down that road.

The first thing we bought her was a Seahawks bib and little Seahawks shoes. I have been trying to teach her to say Nana and then Go Hawks!!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/4 cup Lingham's Original Hot Sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrot
  • 1 stalk celery, finely diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoons fresh parsley leaves, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 3 Kaiser rolls (or bun of your choice)
  • Baby greens
  • Blue Cheese Sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Gently combine the first 9 ingredients in a large bowl, be careful not to over mix. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place the bowl in the refrigerator for 20 to 30 minutes. Can do this step the night before.
  2. Heat your grill (or grill pan) to medium-high heat.
  3. Remove the bowl from the refrigerator, divide the meat into thirds, and form your patties.
