Coconut Cold Brew Coffee Recipe

I recently shared my Easy Cold Brew Coffee recipe, which tells you how to make cold brew concentrate at home with just a few simple steps. Cold brew is a really simple way to make coffee that is rich in flavor, smooth, and easier to digest! Cold brew coffee is made by soaking cold water in coarse coffee grounds for 12 hours or more. This makes for a strong and bold flavored coffee. It’s much less watery than iced coffees tend to be, because iced coffee is usually brewed hot, then poured over ice. But you can also drink cold brew coffee hot!


In addition, cold brew coffee is easier on sensitive stomachs than traditionally brewed coffee. The cold brew method pulls fewer of the compounds out of the coffee beans that can cause your stomach to produce excess acid and cause indigestion. Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cold brew concentrate
  • 1/2 cup coconut water*
  • 1/3 cup coconut milk or cream*

Instructions

  1. For cold coconut cold brew coffee:
  2. Pour cold brew concentrate in a glass or jar.
  3. Add coconut water and coconut milk or coconut cream, and stir.
  4. Add ice cubes if desired, and enjoy!
