BETTER THAN ANYTHING CAKE

I hope you had a great Valentine’s Day! I had fun! I actually had TONS and TONS of fun. I forgot to do my very special surprise for mom and dad. They said I can just do it next year. 😉

Now, we’re getting ready for St. Patrick’s Day and Easter. My mom says they’ll be here before we know it.

Before I share some treats for those holidays, I have some yummy desserts I want to share with you. This one is called Better than Anything Cake. It is SO easy to make and you get to pour all sorts of yummy-nesss over a cake like caramel and sweetened condensed milk. It was so yummy! It also has Cool whip and toffee bits. If you’re in a rush and need a yummy treat this is a good one. We made it when some friends came over and they liked it too!

INGREDIENTS

• 1 box chocolate cake mix
• water, oil and eggs as called for on back of box
• 16 oz caramel sauce
• 1 can sweetened condensed milk
• 1 medium tub cool whip
• 1 cup toffee bits

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Make cake as directed on back of box.
2. While warm, poke holes in the cake.
3. Pour sweetened condensed milk over cake and into holes.
4. Pour caramel sauce over cake as well.
5. Chill cake for 2-3 hours.
6. Right before serving, top with tub of cool whip.
7. Sprinkle on Toffee bits.
