This smoothie is seriously the best you will ever taste! It’s such a delicious combination of ingredients that you’ll be making it over and over and over again – just as I have.

Ingredients
  • 1/3 Cup Raspberries, fresh of frozen
  • 1/2 Cup Mascarpone Cheese or Creamed Coconut Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 4-5 Ice Cubes
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar free vanilla extract or 1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder
  • 1 Tablespoon MCT Oil or Coconut Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Powdered Erythritol or Swerve

Instructions

  1. Whipped Cream or Coconut Milk (Optional, for topping)
  2. Place all of the ingredients into a blender.
