Ingredients
- 1 cup quick steel cut oats
- 1 cup shredded coconut sweetened or unsweetened
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup honey
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir together until combined.
- Using a small cookie scoop, or your hands, roll into 1" balls. Or smaller depending on what size you want.
