Fresh Strawberry Breakfast Cobbler
Remember that this recipe is NOT a coffeecake. It’s a cobbler that’s a little bit like a coffeecake but not near as dry. Serve Fresh Strawberry Breakfast Cobbler with — you guessed it! Fresh Strawberries! 🙂
Wash, hull and slice strawberries. Put in a large mixing bowl with flour and sugar. (I use UNBLEACHED all-purpose flour because bleached flour toughens baked goods). If you want your recipe to turn out more like a coffeecake and less like a cobbler than decrease these amounts to half.
