Pecan Pie Recipe Without Corn Syrup – Best Ever!

I love nuts in any form, especially in a sweet form.  Gimme some nuts and add some sugar, and in less than a minute there’ll be none of those nuts left.  Especially if it’s pecans!  Sweet pecans like these candied pecans – yummmmm!
So a pecan pie is like a celebration of all things pecan and sugar.  A flaky buttery pie crust filled with chewy sweet pecan filling – amazing! Pecan lovers will rejoice tasting these huge crunchy pecan halves in a sweet and sticky filling, this combo is mouthwatering!



Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • ½ cup (1 stick) butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup pecan halves
  • 1 9-inch unbaked pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F.
  2. Whisk the eggs in a large bowl. Add melted butter and mix until combined. Add brown sugar, white sugar and flour and mix until combined. Add the milk, vanilla and pecans and mix until combined.
