EASY EGG SALAD

Egg Salad has always been one of our go-to recipes for many many years. My mom would always have endless supplies on eggs on hand and instead of baking we would always whip up some fried egg sandwiches or this Easy Egg Salad recipe!

I think this is the one recipe that I make over and over again and never tire out from. It is just the most simple recipe that you will make, and it’s 100% adaptable to your flavor profile.

INGREDIENTS

• 12 eggs hard boiled and peeled
• 1/2 cup mayo
• 1 1/2 tsp mustard
• 1 Tbs sweet pickle relish
• 2 Tbs sugar
• Salt and pepper to taste.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Add your hard boiled eggs to medium sized bowl and mash up with a pastry blender or fork.
2. Add in mayo, mustard, relish, sugar, salt and pepper and stir to combine.
