Chocolate Delight
My perfect day is getting to spend all day in the kitchen trying out a new recipe, perfecting an old one or just tinkering around. I tell you this because it makes what I’m about to say a little bizarre.
My all-time favorite dessert is one of those whip-it-up jobs that uses semi-prepared shortcut items like Cool Whip and instant pudding.
It never occurred to me to post this recipe because it’s so popular in my family I assumed that everybody and their dog had it. Then I was making my grocery list one day and didn't have the recipe with me so I searched online expecting to find 40’leven recipes for it… and I couldn't find it. At least not the way we make it.
