OREO FLUFF + VIDEO

Looking for an easy dessert salad? This Oreo Fluff is calling your name. It doesn’t get easier than this and it’s always a hit when I bring it places. There’s only a handful of ingredients, whip it up in a few minutes and you are ready. If you are making it before hand remember to add the crushed Oreos right before you serve it. If you throw them in when you make it they will get soggy.

Let’s talk Oreos. First of all Love or Hate? I love them. I adore them. I’d like to marry them. Don’t tell the hubs. I love stuff stuff them in all the recipes! I know they are terrible for you and I don’t even want to know what the creamy middle is made of because I know there is no way it can be any good for you, but I still enjoy them once in a while as a guilty please I’m not going to lie.

My hubs enjoys them more than once in a while as a guilty pleasure. I’m his enabler I suppose because I buy them at the grocery store. He eats them plain, he eats them in ice cream, he’ll eat them anyway he can get them like this Fluff.

Ingredients

• 2 c. Buttermilk
• 2 4.2 oz boxes Cookies 'n Creme pudding mix
• 2 8 oz containers Cool Whip
• 1 14.3 oz package Oreos, chopped, divided

Instructions

1. Whip together buttermilk, pudding mix and cool whip.
2. Add Oreos (reserve 1 c. for garnish) and stir until combined.
3. Sprinkle with reserved Oreos.
4. Store in refrigerator.
