SOUTHERN STRAWBERRY SWEET ICED TEA

Since I am a huge fan of strawberries and I found a great $0.99 sale this past week, I decide to make a homemade Strawberry Iced Tea. I usually do not like sugar in my tea and this recipe does include sugar. The sugar and strawberries blended with the black tea was AMAZING

We enjoyed two whole pitchers of this super tasty tea during our family grill out yesterday afternoon. It made for a perfect refreshing beverage for all of us.

Ingredients

• 3 cups sliced Strawberries
• Juice from 1 Lemon
• 5 regular Tea Bags
• 1 cup Sugar
• 2 quart Water

Instructions

1. Steep tea bags in 1 quart boiling water for 5 minutes with 1/2 cup sugar.
2. Puree strawberries in food processor until liquified.
