Cinnamon Roll Iced Coffee

Fall mornings in our busy family’s life is… well… unpredictable! Most days they consist of me getting the boys off to school, starting a load of dishes and laundry, and taking baby Reuben out to run some errands. On the weekends, I’ll be out early in the morning checking out some yard sales before heading home and grabbing the kids to whisk them off to whatever activity is planned that weekend. This year we have birthday parties, a hoe-down, home improvement stores’ kids build club, orchards and pumpkin patches to visit.

One busy morning last week, I whipped up this easy Cinnamon Roll Iced Coffee, poured it into my travel cup along with a few mini cinnamon rolls, and I was off to pick up some pretty fall mums to spruce up our front door. To say I’m in heaven with this season is an understatement!



Grab an insulated travel cup the next time you spot one (I found mine at a local dollar store), or just reuse a plastic drink container with a lid. They are absolutely perfect for iced coffee drinks like this one and they keep them cold for a much longer time, too!

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz International Delight Vanilla Iced Coffee
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon maple extract
  • whipped cream

Instructions:

  1. Pour prepared iced coffee into glass or travel cup.
  2. Stir in cinnamon and maple extract.
