EASY PISTACHIO BUNDT CAKE Simpan
I love to burn vanilla and cupcake scented candles but nothing beats the real thing like a cake baking in the oven. It’s so homey.
I don’t think I have ever met anyone that didn’t like cake. No matter the occasion cake is a dessert that everyone loves. Whether it’s a birthday, wedding, shower, retirement or holiday it just wouldn’t be the same without a slice of cake or even cupcakes. And with spring and Easter just around the corner this delicious Pistachio Bundt Cake would be the perfect addition to your celebration.
Baking cakes especially with my kiddos is something I love to do. They love to be my little helpers. They love to stir the mix and of course lick the spoon like any other kid. Creating these memories baking with them are so special to me and will be moments that I and hopefully they will always remember.
Life can be hectic at times and I don’t know what I would do without my Pillsbury™ cake mix. It’s something I always have on hand. I can’t resist stocking up on them at Walmart and have them stashed in my pantry because you never know when you’ll need to whip up a dessert last minute. Cake mixes are great not only for cakes but I love them also for cupcakes, cookies, bars and a quick berry cobbler. You can even make simple individual mug cakes with just cake mix and water in the microwave for those times you get a little late night craving for cake. Just mix 1/4 cup cake with a 1/4 cup water and pop in the microwave for 2 minutes. Simple as that!
I have a weakness for anything pistachio. It’s my absolute fave including this moist and delicious Pistachio Bundt Cake that is so easy to make! If you are a pistachio nut like me (haha, get it) then you have to try this! And don’t worry if you are anxious to get baking because you can whip this cake up in no time thanks to Pillsbury™ cake mixes!
