How to Make Honey Nut Cream Cheese
For Wesley’s birthday I finally picked up a kid safe knife set for him to practice on. We’ve graduated from cutting soft fruits with a butter knife. Now that he is five, he is more than ready for something more advanced. I was surprised just how will his knife chopped the pecans for this recipe. He loved working with his own knives and I loved the safety features.
The quantity of nuts and honey for this recipe will really depend upon your personal preferences. I like mine just a little sweet with plenty of nuts!
