Vegetable puffs
These spiced vegetable pastries make a great vegetarian alternative to sausage rolls, as they're packed with classic Indian flavours, as well as onions, potato, carrots, beans and peas. One of Alfred Prasad's favourite childhood recipes, these are simple to make and great to share as a snack, on a picnic, or as part of a main meal.
