Banana Maple Walnut Yogurt Parfait

Have you all seen the NEW Muller® Ice Cream Inspired Yogurt yet?  They contain 6% milk fat to keep them creamy, yet are still under 200 calories a serving (5.3 oz. container is one serving).  They are absolutely one of my new favorite yogurts.
While they are a delicious and nutritious treat straight from the container...I've kicked the vanilla bean flavor up a notch with this simple parfait perfect for a breakfast or an afternoon snack.  Actually, it's delicious enough to pass for a wholesome dessert!

I love the vanilla bean flavor!  You can even see specks of vanilla bean throughout the yogurt...just like in your favorite vanilla bean ice cream!  It pairs beautifully with the banana and the Maple Syrup Glazed Walnuts. (Grab the recipe for the walnuts here!)  This is one indulgence you can afford to take!  Some days I get so busy with the kids, the house, and blogging, I need to stop and take a breath and devote a few moments to myself.  I can't think of a better way to relax than sitting down with this parfait and savoring each spoonful.
