Easy Oreo Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies

As you guys like our Oreo Cheesecake Cupcakes and Slutty Brownies so much, we’d like to share another fun and delicious Oreo recipe – Oreo Stuffed Cookies!

This dessert is a delicious sweet treat to enjoy at home, and they’re perfect for a party or potluck as well. Everyone who tries them keeps coming back for more, and our friends still talk nostalgically about them!

Oreo Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies are a two-ingredient recipe if you use store-bought cookie dough, but I find homemade cookie dough helps prevent the dough from spreading too much so the cookies are more beautiful after baking.

Take one scoop of cookie dough and make it into ball shape. Flatten it out in your palm, and place Oreo cookie on top, and then add another piece of cookie dough on top. Seal the edges well until a large ball is formed (Make sure the Oreo is completely enclosed with the cookie dough, in the meantime, don’t add too much dough which will cause the cookies to spread too much).

INGREDIENTS

• 1 cup unsalted butter softened
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract
• 2 1/2 cups flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 24 Oreo cookies

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Apply nonstick spray to a muffin pan or baking sheet.
