No-Bake Margarita Cheesecake

No-bake margarita cheesecake made with a pretzel crust, a light creamy filling, and topped with a thin layer of margarita gelatin. This cheesecake tastes just like a classic margarita and it’s so easy to whip up!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups salted pretzels
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 4 teaspoons unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1 and 3/4 cup margarita mix
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 lime thinly sliced
  • sea salt

Instructions

  1. Spray the bottom and sides of a 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray. Process the pretzels in a food processor or blender until coarsely ground. Add the melted butter and pulse until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
