INGREDIENTS

  • 2 packages refrigerated sugar cookie dough (16.5 oz each)
  • 2 packages cream cheese, softened (8 oz each)
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons grated lemon zest
  • 1 cup Fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup Fresh blackberries
  • 1 cup Fresh blueberries

Ingredients:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Prepare mini muffin pan with vegetable pan spray.
  3. Divide cookie dough into 48 slices. Roll each slice into a 1 inch ball and place in each cavity.
