Spiced Apple Rum Punch

Hi friends! Fall is upon us! Is it one of your favorite times of the year? I know I’m a fan! And this year there’s an even bigger reason to be a fan of all things fall – Bundaberg – our favorite ginger beer maker has come out with a new limited edition you’re going to love: Bundaberg Spiced Ginger Beer!



Craft-brewed over three days using real ingredients to allow the flavors to really develop, spiced Ginger Beer includes real ginger and the festive flavors of cinnamon and cloves for a deep, complex taste, as if the holidays were bottled up. And guess what friends? The ONLY place to score this amazing brew this year is Cost Plus World Market! So I headed down to my local Cost Plus World Market in Goodyear, AZ and snagged a pack. Trust me, you need to find the store nearest you and head down ASAP to get yours. And while you’re at it – make our amazing Spiced Apple Rum Punch to celebrate!

All you’ll need to make this amazing fall and holiday-infused concoction is of course Bundaberg Spiced Ginger Beer, some delicious unfiltered apple juice and a little light rum. You’re going to toss those yummy ingredients together and then sit back and sip on one delicious fall cocktail!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Unfiltered Apple Juice
  • 2 12.7 oz bottles Bundaberg Spiced Ginger Beer (about 3 cups)
  • 1 cup Light Rum

Instructions

  1. Add unfiltered apple juice, Bundaberg Spiced Ginger Beer and light rum to large pitcher and stir to combine.
  2. Serve over ice.
